YOU WILL NEVER BE TEMPTED ABOVE THAT YE ARE ABLE TO BEAR

Matthew 4
Mt 4:1
Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
Mt 4:2
And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungered.
Mt 4:3
And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.
Mt 4:4
But HE answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Mt 4:5
Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,
Mt 4:6
And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
Mt 4:7
JESUS said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.

Friend we all will be tempted just as Christ was. Jesus overcame the temptations so shall we IF we look to him trust him in all things. Stop and look at the situation you are facing, examine it and see what is really going on. Weigh the consequences. If we are slow to speak, react, or judge often times we will see the true picture and what is really happening. Surely if the devil took our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ upon an EXCEEDING HIGH mountain, to be tempted, He will also come to us.

Remember it was after Jesus had fasted fourty days and forty nights, he was hungery............. Why didn't Satan come before the fast? Because he knew afterward Jesus would be hungry, so he waited. Satan knows when to move and he has nothing but time on his hand, time that is quickly running out. So be careful Satan will not come to you when you are strong it is when you are tired, weak, or hungry, after the storms in life, after the fussing and fighting he will slip in, so be weary and watchful.

And remember *****************************************
1co 10:13
There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be TEMPTED ABOVE that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

Blessing of the day
May God give you eyes to see clearly with, may HE give you ears to hear plainly with May you be ever watchful for the traps that lay ahead of you.

His friend and yours
